Where you feel like a freak-a-zoid because someone can just NOT hit ‘like’ on something ad you feel like a piece of worthless human trash? An oxygen thief? Like you’re invisible and that you have nothing of value to say? ⁣

Other times, it kicks in when you tell someone that your heart hurts, that it’s in it’s own postcode and you don’t know how to get it back in your body…and they come back flippantly with ‘she’ll be right. Just rest for the day” or “Take the day off and just breathe”….⁣

In can happen with videoing, posts, pictures,… all of the things we put out there onto the internet….⁣

But it takes courage.⁣
