Results are the burden of the client not the mentor…

Let it be said, however, that the MENTOR must be able to deliver on what the client said that they wanted. But whether the client achieves the results that they want is based on their implementation.

I shared on The Coffee Run this morning a bit about my experience with this and what I learned as a mentee… and how I got exactly what I asked for … which turned out to be me learning more about what I don’t want.
