As adults we’ve forgotten how to freaking dream and play and create.

 

I’ve spoken to so many of you over the years and  know that you yearn for more.

 

You yearn for extraordinary.

 

Passion.

Fun.

 

Freedom.

 

Different. Colourful. Expansive. Experiences.

 

Yet many of you settle. You think you’re not worthy or that you shouldn’t want what you want…

 

The thought of living an ordinary life, though, makes your face twist in disdain.

IT’S TIME

 

It’s time to unlock the shackles of fear, doubt and wonder and finally grab life by the horns and JUMP!

 

So what if you try something and it doesn’t work. Will you have learned something? Will you try your heart out?

It’s like an elastic band that get stretched and can’t go back to it’s original size.. it’s impossible.

 

IT’S TIME TO ADMIT WHAT YOU REALLY WHAT / WORK OUT WHAT THAT IS

 

You know when you want something so badly you can feel it in your chest and it amkeas you somewhat emotional? Tears – WTF?? – prickle in the back of your eyes as you feel your heart expand with the desire of that future you want to live in?

 

I know you know intellectually what I mean.. but when was the last time you felt that? Like really really felt it?

 

Never? As a kid? 2 years ago? Maybe you’ve half felt it….

 

You’ve got to find a way to tap into it.. because you need to create a sense of tension between where you are now and where you want to be…it’s the time under TENSION that builds muscle.. it’s the same with success.

 

Muscles get built with reps and increasing weight incrementally. Eg. Start with 1kg, go to 2kg, 3kg, 4 – 5 etc etc. Increase the amount of reps as well and keep your muscles under tension till you reach fatigue and you can’t lift.

 

Time under tension creates results. Like the diamond in the earth.

 

You need to sit in what you want to build and create in the heightened emotional state so you can then kick out of that and you’ll know that the connection to the future that you want is there. You’ll feel the loss of it. And then you can determine your next required action.

 

So go and do that!
