When people are under pressure they can do some pretty weird things.
They can lash out, they can demand refunds, they can make demands on your time, on your IP and on your emotions.
This is not ok! And it’s never justified.
However, regardless of whether you are a start up business owner, you’re in the middle of scaling or you you’re already doing tens of thousands in revenue per month or per year, it’s always good to TIGHTEN UP on some of your terms and conditions – or implement them if you don’t already have them in place.
