The blog this week you’re joining me on the couch. On the couch for MY TAKE on meditating, mindfulness, manifesting and of course, the crown of them ALL, ACTION!!

I’ve ‘always’ in the past, struggled to meditate. I thought that I had to do it in a particular way, which I didn’t feel like I could. And for me, every time I tried, it immediately kicked up the old thoughts of not being good enough, feeling frustrated and feeling like I was plain useless at meditating. (you know, because it’s a competition, right?!?!?!?!??)
