WE’RE ALL AFRAID OF SOMETHING

Everyone, I believe without exception is a bit afraid of something right now. From the roof falling in, to things not being ‘normal’ to vaccines that may or may not have a whole different agenda that just saving us from impending pandemic doom.

 

The thing is, though, that I am certain if you’re a thought leader, coach, clinician, entrepreneur and general badass, you likely have so much to give the world and you can’t go on being afraid of selling ‘in times like these’.

 

Can your business sustain 6 months with no selling? With no clients?

 

Can your business sustain 6 months of no marketing?

 

Can it survive 2 months? 3 months? 1 month?

 

Most of the people I speak with say ‘No’.

 

So you can go on being afraid of being called all sorts of names because you’re out there SHARING YOUR GENIUS with the world or you can go and do something about it.

 

To me, the time for pondering and wondering if this is the right time to be selling is done.

 

The time to be doing things is NOW – but only if your business cannot afford to rest on it’s laurels.

 

Here’s the thing, you guys.

 

People are going to have an opinion about you regardless if you sell or not.

 

They might thing that you’re being a bit of a sook by not marketing and selling right now. They might thing that you’re being brave for not marketing and selling right now

They might think that your only focus is on remaining as consistent as possible and they might think that you’ve lost the plot.

They might think you’re capitalising on people’s pain or they might think that you’re being incredible by helping people while they’re in pain.

They could think any number of things about you, but like ANYTIME, you can’t be worried about what anybody else thinks of you.

 

Naturally, the disclaimer to this, is that you’re someone who operates with integrity and from the heart. That what you have is of massive value. That it’s helpful. Otherwise, you deserve all the flack you get!

 

Here’s thing you’ve got to do:

 

TRUST | TRUST | TRUST

Trust in your heart. Trust in your soul. Trust in your nature and trust in your goodness.

 

Trust that you always make the right decisions and that the people out there that NEED you are waiting for you to show up.

 

They’ll be so appreciative of how you show up.

 

They’ll be appreciative of giving their money to you so that you can help them.

 

They’ll value having someone that they can talk to, learn from, rely on and be educated by.

 

You’ve got this.

They need you.

 

Now get out there and go help your people.
