You know that feeling deep within you, where there’s a knowing.

A knowing that you WILL make it?

You know the feeling, right?

Maybe sometime it dims a little and other times it feels like it’s oozing out of you like hot lava.

Hear this:

Even on the days when it feels like you’re pushing shit uphill..

Even on the days when it feels like it’s not going to work, that no matter what you do, things don’t seem to change…

On THOSE days, it’s absolutely critical that you tell that little voice to fuck off.

Or you tell it to shut up.

Or you pat it on the head and condescendingly say “thanks for that, now run along, dear”…

Or you say THANK YOU for trying to keep me safe,

BUT I HAVE GOT. THIS.

And it’s then, in that moment, when you might feel like anxiety is weighing heavy on your chest..

When the pressure is mounting up…

When the worry about things not working…

Needs to be LET GO.

You need to let go.

Come back to centre

Get grounded.

Realise that all this is, is some old programming – a primitive part of your brain – trying to keep you safe.

Even though you’re already safe.

Even though you’re already GOOD. TO. GO.

The old program, like a virus running in the background of a computer that you don’t even know is there.

Do you really want to continue to be at the mercy of these programs?

Do you really want to be at the beck and call of self doubt.

Because that’s what it’s like, isn’t it?

Fear shouts “HEY! PAY ATTENTION TO ME” and BAM. There you are, paying attention to fear.

Not just paying attention to it, but making love to it. Dancing with it. Grinding with it. Getting enmeshed with it.

Nobody wants to do THAT. Not really. Well, not with fear, anyway!

What about self doubt? Self doubt cries out “HEY YOU! YOU CAN’T DO THIS! LOOK AT THAT PERSON OVER THERE. THEY’RE MORE QUALIFIED THAN YOU. LET’S HANG AROUND IN BED AND CRY ‘HEADACHE’ FOR TODAY AND NOT PLAY”.

Self doubt loves attention.

Fear loves attention.

When they’re the apple of your eye, which if you’ve haven’t broken up with either of them yet, they are by default, the apple of your eye, they will woo you. They will seduce you. They will envelope you and possess you right into your cells.

So we need to eradicate them.

They. Need. To. Be. Told. They. Don’t. Live. Here. Anymore.

The thing that we need to do is get rid of that old operating system.

An iOS upgrade, if you will. Which you can install and run on autopilot WHENEVER you want.

Right from the soul level. Through to the unconscious level. Through to the conscious level. Through to the physical level.

We clear the path first. Because you don’t want to install new operating systems over the top of old. It can create fragments and glitches.

Clear that shizzle out first.

We clear out the source of self doubt, unworthiness, competition, scarcity, old un-resourceful programming.

Then, we do the fresh install.

Like clearing off an etch-a-sketch so you can draw something new and fresh

Just like putting a stop to being mistreated in a relationship you do not need to put up with this kind of mistreatment..of yourself…

This self flaggelation needs to stop.

It’s time to BREAK THE FUCK UP with fear, self doubt, lack and scarcity.

There is no place for them in your Queendom.

There is no place for them in your life.

There is no place for them in your head.

There is no freaking place for them in ANY area of your reality.

Fear, Self doubt and Scarcity, you are the weakest links.
