I DID launch a brand new program, after 5pm on a Friday night after a full day of ROCKING it out in the training room with kickass group of badasses today…..

I spoke a little while ago about if you should swear or not in your marketing, and it really does come down to personal preference….
Interestingly, one of the comments I DID get back from when I did the livestream on it earlier this week, was that ‘a lady should never swear’ or words to that effect.
I nearly spat my water out of my mouth….
Because to me, YES, it’s personal preference, but GENDER should have N O T H I N G to do with it. NOT ONE FREAKING THING.
So, yes, I swear like a trooper some days – particularly when I get excited.
Yes, other days, depending on where I’m speaking or who I’m speaking to, I can tone it down….. some days I’ll only swear to hammer on home a point or use it as a pattern interrupt… but I think we know each other well enough by now to know that I just GET SO FREAKING EXCITED AND I CAN’T HELP IT!!!!
So, anyhooo.. that’s not what I really wanted to talk with you about on this fine Friday evening….. it’s more to share with you my latest invention: Queen of the Motherfucking Internet.

Week 6 is all about courageously continuing this reign with love, compassion and of course, benevolence.
And of course, there’s always bonuses, so naturally, it won’t stop there! (I know, I can’t help myself!!!).
