The number of people that I have spoken to who say YES to nearly everything is quite astonishing. More often than not, it’s becuase they’re coming from a place of fear, or the worry about FALL OUT (perceived fall out).

In this VLOG I want to LEVEL WITH YOU – and give you A BUCKET LOAD of permission to SAY ‘NO’ to the things that are going to be disempowering or don’t match your values.

It could be requests from clients. Proposals. Something that someone else wants you to do that plainly just doesn’t feel right.
