WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU’RE NOT FEELING ‘IT’

There are days when even the disciplined af, high achiever badass doesn’t really ‘feel like it’.

There are things that can come up. Things like illness, kids not being well, anxiety, and general procrastination.

The thing is this: if this is a pattern for you and you are LOOKING for reasons to not put yourself out there, to not make sales, to not market yourself, to not go along to the thing you said you’d go along to, then you will ALWAYS find the reasons to not do the thing.

Sometime it’s a matter of alignment.

if you’re not ‘feeling it’, then how can anyone else feel it. Take, for example, the marketing of a program that you might have put together… but the program you’ve outlined or thought about doesn’t light you up. It doesn’t excite you. It doesn’t get YOUR motor running…. how in the hell do you think it’s going to light someone else up? It probably won’t.

Sometimes though, it’s just a straight case of self sabotage and it’s important to push through the bullshit that we tell ourselves about why can’t do sometimes and to just do it – if you know that what you want to be, do and have and create is really what you say you want.
