Talent isn’t enough.
Neither is the knowing that you were born for more.

For endless opportunities are presented to you in abundance, every day, every moment actually.

The Law of Attraction doesn’t just work when you think about it, dream it and visualise it.
You’ve got to do the things that are required if you want to actually want to CREATE the results that you want in your life.
There are many people who are talented.
In fact, if you went walking down the street right now, you’d probably pass at least 10 people in the space of 100m that have the potential to make 1M/year from their passions, their dreams and their desires.
They’ve all probably dreamed at one point or another of being a famous author, rock artist, drummer, photographer, television star, Hollywood sensations, the cancer curer, the next timeless philosopher, comedian and headline act, record breaking athlete. The next YouTube sensation.
But as we know, most people aren’t actually motivated enough to actually do the things required to bring this to life.
These 10 people you pass could be the next best thing.
The big deal
So how do you actually create something from your talent?
You need to WORK IT!
If you’re an amazing singer and you know it. You sing in the shower, perform for the masses in there and generally have a great time in there.
You get complimented on your voice.
You get the shivers of realisation when you hit the note, that you actually have something amazing going on…
But if you confine yourself and your singing to the shower, nobody is even going to know that you can hold a tune!!!!
The thing that every single human with is talent.
Talent for something. Singing. Eating. Joking. Listening. Talking. Dancing. Writing. Art.
All of the things.
Have you uncovered what your talent is yet?
I used to get confused and lost in this question, because I held the belief that I DID have talent…. I just #1 wasn’t sure what that was, and #2 what makes me so freaking special that I could do something with it?
Who would have thought that the childhood report “If Nicola could stop talking in class and applied herself, she’d get better results” would be the indicator of a great talent I have speaking!
As I mentioned, though, there are many people out there who can speak. In fact, the majority of the population are able to speak!!! It’s not that unique, really….
But what I realised, is that within the speaking, I also have this ability to inspire and motivate. Educate and coach. And I use this as a tool to make complex things simple.
Talent? Maybe. Helpful? Yes!
So, your talent doesn’t have to be unique. You don’t have to be the person who invents the next revolution of post it notes, whatever that is!!!! Your talent doesn’t even need to be significantly different from what the next persons’ talent is.
It’s how YOU work it that will make the difference, to your life and to the way that you can use these talents that you have that are often innate.
As entrepreneurs and business owners, most of us have used a talent of ours to build and create this business, which is great.
But what are you going to do in order to now propel that and USE IT so that you can help even more people out there in the world?
For me, I would encourage you to consider… is your talent something that can be cultivated in others?
Could you teach people how to develop your natural talent that may not be natural to them? Inspire them to explore it and develop it?
Ed Sheeran didn’t even learn to sing until his 30’s, so honestly, if he can do something like and SOUND AMAZING, when he’s a self-confessed not natural born singer, then anyone can!
This is where the IT FACTOR comes in for you.
You’ve most likely got to where you are based on talent combined with some strategy, which is freaking amazing!
Its no mean feat growing and developing a business and a brand.
How far could you take it if you decided to actually go full out into what it is that you want?
If you take a look at the people who have The IT Factor: Kate Hudson, who is seemingly naturally magnetic. Goldie Hawn, of course. Gwen Stefani. J Lo. Madonna. Taylor.
They all have it because they cultivated it.
So, let’s cultivate yours.
So that every time walk out there, online and offline, you feel like the world has been sitting there waiting for you to FINALLY turn up!
For you to finally see what we all see.’
For you to own the fact that you are HERE.
You are necessary.
You are needed.
You are amazing.
You are vibrant.
You are glowing.
You shine with the shine that doesn’t come from oily skin, but from an inner quality. and inner vibrancy. An energetic sheen if you will.
So you need to exercise that talent and develop the strength of IRON FUCKING WILL and use that to get yourself out there.
Every day.
Every damn day.
Without fail.
In people’s faces.
Showing up.
Doing your thing.
Being out there.
Encouraging.
Motivating.
Shining from the inside like the bright shining freaking star you are.
You’re amazing!!!
So you know it’s TIME, right?
Time to develop your IT FACTOR.
Time to develop your confidence.
Time to develop your strategy.
Time to develop EVERYTHING that you want and need in order
So let’s do it.
Let’s spend the next 6 months developing it, honing it and SMASHING it so that you can ramp up everything you doing. Your Fame. Your Fortunes. Your impact. Your legacy.
