The Law of Duality states that the Universe, and Life, exist in a constantly fluctuating state of duality. In simpler terms: everything has an opposite, and neither opposite stays dominate forever.

BUT how does this apply into business, marketing and all of the things?

Thank goodness that this exists, right? Because it gives us permission to access all that is us for all of of the things.

So if we think about it for a while, you’re probably like me:

Kickass and woo woo

Fierce and soft

Love some 1’s and 0’s and systems… but also love flow.

A fighter but also soulful

Two sides of the same BEAUTIFUL coin.

Have I hit the mark???

People and some coaches will tell you that you need to be one way or the other in order to get results.

You have to follow the formula. Or the rule. Or the process. Or The Way….

Others will tell you that you need to follow intuition and inner guidance and just manifest it and it will pop out like a 3D printer.

It’s okay to have both things in play. Heart and strategy. Systems and soul. Alignment and action.

 

In fact, I think it necessary for you to be able to achieve long term, sustainable results.

 

Think about it like this. We all have a shadow side, right? And we can sometimes slip unwittingly over into that shadow side – without necessarily meaning to. And then something will trip us or trigger an awareness and BAM! We’re back over into the light.

 

It’s the dance between working out and leaving everything in the gym that you have. Your heart, soul, sweat, often tears and grunt….. and then allowing yourself the space to recover.

Yin and Yang.

Dark and Light

Ebbs and waves.

We are living and acting out this Law of Duality at all times.

 

There are some days when I’ll swear like a trooper, be so driven and motivated that there is nothing left. Everything is thrown at this game of life and business.

 

And other days. I go at, well, 80%! Other days it’s 150%.

What I am COMMITTED to is allowing these dualities to play out.

If you think about it with your marketing and your audience that you’re wanting to reach… they are MULTI FACETED, right?

 

They have likes AND they have dislikes. They have things that spark joy and things that don’t.

Sometimes our content will resonate when we’re using a particular analogy or format and other times, well, not so much.

YOUR JOB (yes, that thing you need to do on the daily if you really want to build an EPIC freaking EMPIRE that supports you, your family, your causes and handbags  that last one’s not just me, right??? ) is that you need to be able to dance between the dualities AS WELL as the grey area in the middle.

This shows your audience that you are not just one sided.

That you are in fact deep.

 

That you, too, are multifaceted and you are showing them by way of LEADING that it’s okay for them to embrace this for themselves.

Share the contrasts.

 

Share the different sides of your personality.

 

Talk about what fires you up and soothes your soul.

 

Talk about what you’re passionate about and what you find funny.

Talk about the issues that are important to you and that you have an opinion on.

 

Share you. Share your heart.

There are far too many cardboard cut out cookie cutter crappy ass boring lazy marketers out there that just propogate the same old stuff day in day out.

 

It has to stop. It’s BORING.

It’s PEDESTRIAN.

 

Quite frankly, it’s freaking UNATTRACTIVE

 

And your audience finding you attractive on every and all levels, is, honestly, IMPORTANT.

If you want to stand out…

If you want to be VISIBLE…
