Nobody (not even me) was born fully formed as I am now! Not many years ago, the thought of being on video regularly made me want to vomit! I was scared, nervous and so caught up in being ‘professional’ because I thought that this was how and who I needed to be in order to be taken seriously.

It is so important for your people to hear your journey and the things that you’ve worked through. It’s not necessarily going to be all of the story with all of the detail, but what we DO want to do is make sure that we’re able to share some of it.

People want to feel CONNECTED to you. They want to feel like you ‘get them’ and they love seeing some of themselves in you. It gives them something – someone – to aspire to.
